I've somehow found some time to edit/write. In the past two days, I've written 3043 words (7-8 pages), which ALMOST meets the Nano quota of 1666 per day. And considering I haven't really written much ever since the last Camp in April, I'm pretty happy about that.
As for SSChron, I decided to keep all ten major characters for this and that reason. I'm going back and adding to the backstories of each character right now. I realized that out of the eight I've introduced thus far, the readers don't really know about who the characters are in terms of background, except for one, or maybe one and a half :) I decided to start in Part 2 for backstories just because they're easy to write about, not to mention that there are characters in that place that I enjoy writing about.
So that's what I'm doing right now. Hurrah. I'm hoping that while I continue editing, that I'll get some inspiration for what to write in... wait for it... July's Camp Nano!! Whoo, I'm pretty excited. It's the second and last camp of the year and is pretty much the same thing as the April camp. As usual, my goal is 50K although it would be lovely if I wrote more. I'm hoping that I'll dream about the next place to go, actually. Because whenever I receive direct inspiration from a dream about what place to go to (not small details that I add in such as the eye color etc), those places are the most enjoyable to write and always become my favorite places with my favorite characters.
